Different search options available
Job Seekers can choose between quick and advanced search forms available on the site and search vacancies by Location, Job Category, Job Title (search by keywords) and other search criteria. Now it is also possible to search for a vacancy by vacancy unique id!
Ability to browse jobs by Job Category, by State/Region, view all jobs posted by a specific employer/company.
Save time using 'Save Search' feature, load saved search criteria during next time you search for vacancies or remove saved searches if you don't need them anymore.
Search results show short description of the vacancies. From there Job Seekers can view full description of the vacancy or view all the vacancies of the specified employer.
Apply for a job with a click of the mouse. Employer will contact you via internal messaging system if your candidacy makes employer interested. If Job Seeker still doubts whether to apply for a job or not, there is an opportunity to add the job to 'Saved Jobs' list and decide later.
Resume posting
Our Job Board Software allows Job Seekers post multiple resumes on the site. It is possible to either just copy/paste your resume into the system or use our 'Upload' option and load Resume in a Word Doc, PDF or TXT version. In this case employers will be able to download your Resume.
Resumes can be modified any time later.
Job Seekers can make their resume invisible. In this case employers will not see it while browsing candidates profile and resumes.
'Lifting up' candidacy in employers search results
Every day more and more candidates register on the site searching for a job. New candidates appear higher in employers' search results. You will be able to provide your site users an opportunity to 'lift up' their candidacy in search results. You will need to set a cost for this service and your site members will be able to make instant online payment through one of the preinstalled payment gateways to use this service.
Quick Statistics
A Job Seeker can track how many times his candidacy was viewed by employers during a day, a week and a month. It is possible to view how many employers saved Applicant's candidacy per a week and per a month. Statistics is also provided for the number of vacancies a Job Seeker viewed.
Notifications
Our Job Board Software provides job seekers with an ability to sign up for notifications to keep informed.
The following notifications are available for Job Seekers:
— If there is a new message in their mailbox.
— If someone viewed Job Seeker's resume(s).
Job seeker can modify their subscriptions any time.

Search Resumes and Post Jobs
Using our Job Board Software employers can search for candidates using keywords search, specifying location, Job Category, Work Experience and Degree Level. Filter search results by date, job title, salary or user name of the job seekers.
There is a possibility to Save Applicant to saved applicants list and decide on their candidacy later. Employers can view saved applicants any time.
While adding job seekers into the list of saved ones, employer can add notes to each of them to remember what made employer interested in the candidate.
To view resumes or post jobs employers will need to pay for these services. Administrator can create different packages with different number of resumes views, job postings, set different cost; combination packages can be provided including both resume views and job postings (Administrator can make jobs posting and resume views free).
Instant online payment can be done through one of the preinstalled payment gateways. Once paid, employer will have access to the service he paid for.
Company profile and logo.
During registration process employers can create their Company Profile and include their company's logotype. Profile can be modified any time.
Once registered, employers can add Job Postings, make them active or inactive (inactive job postings don't appear in search results), modify job postings anytime or remove them.
There is a special section available to view Job Applications received and filter them using different criteria.
'Lifting up' Job Postings
Since more Job Postings are added, yours can get lost in search results giving ground in search results. If you want your Job Postings appear at the top of Job Seekers' search results, you can use service - 'Lift up' Job Posting. Using it, you will have an opportunity to raise your Job Posting in search results.
Quick Statistics
Our Job Board Software provides statistics for employers on their Job Postings.
Statistics is provided on the number of Job Posting views, number of job seekers that added your Job Postings to their 'Saved Jobs' and number of resumes employer viewed.
Employers can also view the position of their Job Posting that will probably influence on their decision to 'lift up' their vacancy in search results.

Administrator
Administrator has full access to members management, billing settings, site sections management and other site parameters.
Billing settings
Administrator can create different paid packages for employers such as 'Resume Views' and 'Job Postings' specifying quantity, cost and rotation of Job Postings.
There is also a possibility to create combination packages that would include both 'Resume Views' and 'Job Postings'.
Administrator also sets cost for 'Lifting up' a candidacy in search results for Job Seekers and a vacancy for Employers.
Site administrator can disable paid services for Posting Vacancies and/or Viewing Resumes and make site services completely free with the possibility to enable paid services later.
Administrator can choose payment systems to be used for processing payments from the list of available preinstalled payment gateways. Our Job Board Software includes the following preinstalled payment gateways: Paypal, 2checkout, CCBill, Chronopay, Authorize.Net, E-Gold, USAepay, WorldPay, Paysat, E-sec, Ipos and other.
Now you can accept payment by SMS with newly integrated SMS billing system.
Using our php job board script you can also accept offline payments. Administrator adds information on offline payments he offers in administrator's panel. It can be bank transfer, check, cash, instant money transfer or any other offline payment. If a user chooses offline payment method, he/she follows the instructions provided by administrator and after that sends information on the payment to site administrator using a special form. Administrator can either approve or decline it in administrator's panel after payment verification.
Corresponding notifications are sent to site administrator and site user.
Currency management module allows site administrator to add any currency to be used on the site right in admin panel.
Payments history is available for administrator to track who paid, when, status of payment and what type of payment was processed. Payments history filtration is also provided. One can also search for payments history of a specified member by his/her name, surname or email.
Members management
Administrator can view the list of members of the services which are categorized by their type: Job Seekers and Employers. The following information is available for each member: Name, Email, registration date, last login, job postings for employers and resumes for job seekers.
Administrator can add a member, modify member's profile, remove it from the database or disable his access to the site. It is also possible to view the correspondence of the member held through internal messaging system of the site.
Registration Confirmation. If administrator activates this service, new member's profile becomes active only after clicking confirmation link sent to his/her email address. Without confirming registration a person will not have access to site sections.
Moderators management
Administrator can create moderators and assign certain permissions to each of them to manage admin panel's sections. When moderator logins into admin area, he/she sees and manages only those sections he/she has access to. Site administrator can disable any moderator or edit any moderator's permissions.
Languages management
Job Site Pro supports multilingual interface. Currently there are 2 languages set by default. Administrator can add more languages easily using backend interface of the using backend interface of the job board script. It is also possible to modify the texts of the existing languages inclusive of user mode texts, admin mode texts and menus texts.
Now there is a special search module available for you to search for necessary language interface part in the language files. This gadget will facilitate the process of language interface management.
Site Sections Management
Administrator can add/edit/remove sections and subsections of bottom navigational menu and change the order of their display. Using administrator's panel, site administrator can manage the following site sections: About us, Privacy Policy, Terms of service, Help and Testimonials. There is built-in WYSIWYG Editor available so that you could modify these pages easily.
Help section allows administrator to post useful information for Job Seekers and Employers assorting it into different categories.
Site Notifications Management
Now all site notifications are in text format. Administrator can edit all notifications in a dedicated area of the admin panel. Notifications support multilingual interfaces.
Content Moderation
Approval option: administrator can turn on/off resumes, vacancies and multimedia files approve. They will become active and visible on the site only after administrator's approval if the option is enabled.
Site News
This section of administrator's panel allows to post news on your site. You can either add news manually or use built-in RSS Feed so that you could import news from other sites that provide RSS Feed links.
Countries database management
The unit allows site administrator to manage the database of countries, regions/states and cities. Administrator can choose the countries to be installed and used on the site together with states/regions and cities. It is now possible to edit installed countries with their regions and cities. Apart from countries database management site administrator can add countries, regions and cities manually.
Other administrator's tools:
— With a click of a mouse administrator can choose mode of site operation whether it will be a Job Board Website or a site of a separate Employment Agency with their vacancies displayed only.
— It is possible to choose what kind of jobs will be posted on the index page: whether latest added jobs or most popular (based on number of views) .
— In addition to already available "latest vacancies" and "most popular ones" a new option is available.
—Featured Employer. Administrator can choose an employer to be listed on the index page as a featured one. In this case Employer's company name, logo and company vacancies will be displayed.
— Bad words management. Administrator can set a list of words that will be prohibited for posting on the site.
— Now it is possible to change Site Logotype right in administrator's panel in a special unit that was integrated for site administrator's convenience.
— Quick statistics on index page - number of vacancies, resumes and companies. Can be turned on/off by administrator.
Add-ons
JS Advertising Campaign module
Module for displaying any advertising on your site: banners, hyperlinks, contextual advertising from Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. You will be able to adjust the settings of each advertising campaign. Track effectiveness with detailed statistics provided.
Now employers have an ability to order advertising on the site. They will be able to choose the place for it from the list of available on the site. Administrator can set different pricing for advertising on different site pages.
JS Newsletter module
Powerful marketing tool that will allow you to easily design HTML and text based newsletters and send them out to your site members. Site members are segmented into different mailing lists automatically according to their type (Job Seeker or Employer) so that you could make effective targeted mailing informing your site members of promotions, site news and more.
JS Poll module
Poll section will make your site more informative and attractive and will allow you to gain more popularity among your site visitors. You can create different polls to understand your users' opinions and thoughts on different questions. Entertain your members making interesting surveys and sharing results!
JS Education Centre module
JS Education Centre is a new module in the range of PG Job Site Pro add-ons for providing online courses right on your Job Board Website. It will create a new section of your website where site administrator will be able to add free, partially free or paid courses. Courses may include a library of files with educational materials - images, pdf documents, audio, video and flash files. It is possible to add tests at the end of each course - students will need to pass it to get their certificate. Certificates for passing a course are provided in JPG and PDF formats.
